He also noted that he is a full time agent and the importance of having an agent that knows the market. John worked around my schedule and I was able to see a homes with very little notice. When I saw the home I wanted, we drafted up the paperwork that very night. John was also able to get me a great rate on my mortgage (better than what my own bank had offered). He walked me through the process and was able to adjust the conditions of the sales agreement to my advantage. I don't think I would have got my home if it wasn't for his expertise. He also was able to connect me to a great home inspector. John went above and beyond. I will highly recommend John to my friends and family.

I would not use this real estate agent again. The company is very unprofessional and did not guide me properly when purchasing my first home. I found their attitude to be very sub-standard and ill prepared with the proper paperwork etc.

Wayne Muir sold my first home.

His service was good, but his advice was wrong. I contacted him to find out what my house was worth, but I told him that I didn't wish to list yet, because I thought my next house was going to be delayed and that the market was still heating up.

However, he came over to pitch his services and convinced me to list early.

As it turned out, I listed early; sold my house at asking price; but had to move in with family for 6 months, because my new house was delayed.

Anyway, the couple I had sold my house to ended up separating after only 8 months. They resold my house for $20,000 more. Ouch. Had I not listened to Wayne, I would have made another $20,000. That's a lot of cash.

In regards to the service, I can't complain. His staff were professional and he handled the final negotiations well.

However, I still think about that $20,000 I lost...

My Fiance and I used Tina to help us find our first home and it was a great experience! Tina was very helpful and explained everything to us first timers!
